Description
Ewing Industries warrants that Products sold or supplied to the End User will be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they have been manufactured and free from defects:
- Residential Premises, for the period set out in the Schedule for each class of Product
- Commercial Premises, for a period of 12 months
